COOKIE # 137 (ペリーヌ Perīnu?) is a peppy dog villager in the Animal Crossing series. She was absent from Wild World, but returned in City Folk. She is likely named Cookie because of her cute appearance and sweet personality or because treats for dogs are sometimes called cookies. Her initial catchphrase, "arfer", is a variation of the word "arf", the sound a dog makes. She appears on the album cover for DJ K.K., which is also her favorite song. She has the fashion hobby.

Cookie is a pink dog, with a white stripe that starts from the top of her head and goes down to encircle her muzzle. Her eyes appear to sparkle, and her paws and tail tip are white. Cookie's brown nose resembles a chocolate chip. She has a brown smile and her ears are a darker shade of pink than her body. Initially, she wears a Blue Tartan Tee, and she carries a Gelato Umbrella on rainy days. In New Horizons, she initially wears the retro dress, and on rainy days will wear the light blue dotted raincoat along with a light blue outdoor hat, or she will carry the blue shiny-bows parasol.
