Returns & Refunds Policy

Sales at TheToyHunters.com are final. Many of the products we sell are
collectible, some are vintage, made in limited runs, therefore we do not accept
returns or exchanges unless there is significant damage. You may find slight
variations or blemishes with your product, this is because many of the items
are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Slight imperfections are typical
and, in fact, often enhance the value.


However, if your merchandise has significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the
product is broken or missing parts), we'll happily exchange it for the same
non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for
another item of equal value.

You must contact The Toy Hunters within TEN (10) DAYS of the receipt of
shipment in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting
The Toy Hunters in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return
inquiries to info@TheToyHunters.com. Within 48 hours, A customer service
representative from The Toy Hunters will evaluate your return request and
contact you. Please note: The Toy Hunters will only accept defective returns
for items that are received in their original packaging with all the accessories,
plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item’s original
packaging. If your return does not meet these conditions, you will be charged
a 15% or $15 re-stocking fee, whichever is greater, or have your defective
merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or
negligence will not be accepted.
