Kyle (リカルド, Rikarudo?, Ricardo) is a smug wolf villager who first appeared in New Leaf. His catchphrase, 'alpha', could possibly be used by him to compliment the player, as alpha culturally means leader, which is also used to refer to the leading wolf of a pack (an 'alpha wolf', now known as 'breeding wolf'), reflecting his species. His English name might come from the Armenian word for "wolf".
