BIFF #070 (ガブリエル, Gaburieru?, Gabriel) is a jock hippo villager from the Animal Crossing series. The name "Biff" comes from the adjective "buff." Biff is a name often derived with bullying individuals or those obsessed with muscles, perhaps an allusion to his jock personality. Biff also means beef in Swedish. Biff made his first appearance in Animal Forest. The Spanish name, Pipo, may derive from the Spaniard clay containers as they both share a similitude to shape and dark coloring. Biff's departure from Animal Crossing was made apparent in Wild World and City Folk but reintroduced with the release of Animal Crossing: New Leaf, marking a reappearance into the series.
